Spicy Smoked Chicken Thighs

Everyone deserves Sexy Thighs!

Don’t you love it when grilling/smoking season is finally here? It’s a beautiful day outside – a great day to prepare a smokin’ hot chicken dish. These chicken thighs are smoked from 200 to 250 degrees for approximately 4 hours. Always cook to temperature, not time – so you’re looking for an internal temperature of 170F of the thighs before removing from the smoker.


  • 6 chicken thighs with the skin on
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons cayenne
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon black pepper
