Brisket is a crowd pleaser!

Smoked Beef Brisket is a true favorite of just about everyone.  The larger the piece of meat that you intend to smoke, the longer the smoke will take to fully cook.  So, plan ahead and get started early in the morning if you plan on having what you have smoked for dinner as it’s not uncommon for smoking to take 6-12 hours.

The usual temperature for smoking is 250 degrees Fahrenheit, with an internal target temperature of 160-190 degrees.

Plan on using apple juice or apple cider to keep your food moist as water is really not recommended in most cases.
