Smoked Bacon Wrapped Chicken Drumsticks

If you’re like me, you love chicken. This recipe takes chicken to a new level using hot sauce and bacon! The trick here is marinating the chicken in the hot sauce before smoking. This way, the meat has a chance to absorb the sauce and allow you to taste it through out the meat as opposed to the surface. Bacon then adds to this tasty delight by giving it a wonderful aroma and taste of our friend, bacon.


  • ½ cup hot sauce
  • 12 chicken drumsticks, skinless
  • 12 bacon slices
  • Choice of Wood (for smoker)
